Fake Tracking? Tracker states delivered.. not so

AS454391107CN ---any way to determine if this is fake.. I would think ok as agency shows movement as now 'delivered'. China to US... delivered to who I ask... LOL.

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Base on the tracker AS838529183CN I have contact the local US post office and says that this tracking number do not apper in the system, That they need the tracking number that it's modify after arriving to USA, please send me the verification that the package has been received that includes the tracker of USPS.

On the tracking web there no tracking number at United States (as it say no corresponding Track). It says that in USA the company is USPS.

The tracker reports that the package was delivered to me but that is not true
My address is 2367 S. Tucson Stra. Tucson AZ, 857i3
Not Tucson Stra. Tus.... WA . ....
Further 857i3 is the Area code for part of Tucson AZ. Thus the tracker says that the package was delivered to a place that does not exist.
Q. Who is the carrier in the United States who reported that they delivered to a location that does not exist. (Tucson WA 85713 does not exist )
