Fake tracking number?

I am having a problem with a sender who gave me this tracking number AM456814625CN.
On his website now I see many reviews that he sends fake tracking numbers that can be traced but they are delivered at other places than the buyers address. I can see that this AM456814625CN is destination The Netherlands, but no more than that. Is it possible for you to confirnm that this item goes to Den Helder , North Holland , Netherlands please?
