Failed Delivery China Post (Germany)

Hello,
I recently ordered a package from China that is supposed to come to Germany. According to the tracking number, it should have arrived in the destination city, but apparently it was not delivered. I have already asked the post office and the sender, but have not received a message. I could also pick it up myself, but I don't have any information about the package.

The delivery was failed on Feb. 15. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the number to check with Germany Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
