Hello.
Recently I ordered a package that you supposedly attempted deliver at my house whilst I was home. However at the time and date you claimed to have tried to deliver it no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I can't seem to find a warehouse or pick-up place that keeps your packages if they aren't delivered. I don't mind picking it up a warehouse or some shop in Copenhagen. I would just need a place and a time as well as the required details the warehouse of shop might ask about. I don't know if that is possible, if not, please enlighten me on what to do next.
