How do I arrange a re-delivery? Also can I arrange for the parcel to be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

Hi Mitchell Brookes-Jones,

As I don't know the tracking number, I couldn't get to know the carrier who deliver your package. You should contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or arrange for the parcel to be left with a neighbor.
