Hi, can face mask be purchased by individuals and post oversea now? Is there any restrictions?

Hi Petrina Guo,

You can purchase the face mask by individuals in China and sent overseas. But the number of it has better less than 200. Or it will be retained by the customs.

On February 29, 2020, I ordered 100Pcs Disposable 3 Layer Masks, anti dust breathable Disposable Earloop Mouth Face Mask, Comfortable Medical Sanitary Surgical Mask. It was sold by: VantenDirect. I paid $51.93 and my credit card says it was paid. They have never arrived and I was told I needed to contact China Post. I would like to be reimbursed the $51.93 since the masks never arrived. Many others online have said this was a scam; I'm hoping that's not true and that you do refund the monies owed me. Thank you for that.
