Express shipping question

Hi, I ordered an item from an online seller and paid for "express shipping" it was quoted as a faster shipping method which was expected to take less than 15 days from China to Australia, the consignment number is LZ630593207CN

Can you please tell me what what type of shipping it is? Thanks

Hi Rigngag,

It's sent by e-packet. In normal, it should be delivered in 20 days. But shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for it couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
