According to updates my package LL330484291C has been sitting in Shanghai International mailing Centre for over 4 weeks. Would there be any reason for this. Package is being sent to Ireland. When should I receive this?

There may be two reasons for it:
1. It's stuck there.
2. Tracking stops there but it moves. There will be further update when it arrives in the destination country.
