Hi !
I have ordered something from China about two weeks ago and since a few days it says « has been exported directly sealed ». I know it’s a process before leaving China but on the EMS website it says that my package has been sent to India when it’s supposed to be sent to France. I just want to know where it is right now, thanks a lot !

Sir,
I am Udsab. Its 78 days i still didn't receive my product from Aliexpress. My order number is RE039353865CN. My last tracking info was in 26th of March. Its today 5th june i got update that my product has been directly exported sealed then it is again on the way to Shanghai Internation Mail Wxchange station & it has arrived there So what does it mean actually? When will i get my product ? When will it leave China? Will i get it or not? Plzz answer my question sir..I will be waiting for ur reply..Thnx

Hi Udsab,
It didn't pass the check and returned back on June 5. You need to track it in the following days to see if it could be delivered to air transport. If it's normal, contact the seller or open a dispute as soon as possible to get refund.

The destination country for it is France not India. It was delivered to air transport on May 4 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
