expired tracking number

I placed an order on April 4, and have not received tracking updates since May 8. My tracking number, LY117916947CN, is now expired, but I have not received the package. The last update says it was handed over to airlines. When can I expect to receive it?

Hi carolinesapple,

It was delivered by airline on May 8. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update before July 30, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello! My tracking number is LY010106880CN
It seemed like my package was stuck for nearly two months, and then finally made it to Shanghai air transport, but from there the tracking number expired.

Is it still on its way? Will the tracking number update once it gets to the U.S.?
