Hello. My tracking number UJ131381117US says it is already expired. May I know what is this means? Can you also tell me if the package already arrived in China? Hoping for your response.

There is no tracking information showing it arrives in the US. Yuo need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and get compensation if it couldn't be delivered within the promised time.
