expired tracking, LH808763805CN

I placed my order in since March 23 and it has been almost 80 days in transit. My tracking number is LH808763805CN
Still got no update but noticed that my tracking number status is expired , does that mean my package is completely lost? Are you able to help me/ update me on my expired tracking?

Hi Vivian,

It's delayed in Guangzhou due to the coronavirus in Guangzhou. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered 3 items back in March (23rd March) and was given my tracking number: LH808763805CN. It’s been 2 months since I ordered and I haven’t received my parcel and according to Aus Post it was “cleared and awaiting international departure” on the 28 March but China Post it said was “handed over to airlines” on the 30 March.
