Exchange Station return And security return twice

Can someone please help me.
I ordered on the 23rd March and my package is still in transit. It has been sent back twice for security note. Will I still receive my package? Is they any way of getting in touch with the airline directly. I haven’t had any new update since the 4th June

Hi Clauds68,

It was delivered by airline on June 4. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, Daisy.

Thank you for your advise. My tracking information has expired, what do I do now? I have had a refund from the seller, but I’m told it still on it’s way and I can have it as a gift. But the tracking has expired.

Hi Clauds68,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the package could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it shows expired.
