Tracking # 71535131345 when i try to find it says "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported to open". What does this mean?

It means the package was checked by customs in Guangzhou in order to export to your country.

By the way, there will be no more tracking information in tracking data for this package because the package is not registered thus couldn't be tracked outside China.

tracking numbers 88049500293 ( on 12/12/16) & 71732661812 (on 12/16/16) both show as "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported to open. I know once they leave China there is no tracking until they arrive at destination country, but has either actually left China yet, and if so when?
