I've got the following tracking information:
"The delivery of the package failed due to some reason. Courier usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again."
The delivery address is a store and we are open / available daily from 10am - 7pm.
There is no note from the delivery person. What do I have to do to get my package?

WHen I try to trace the number at GDSK, the following response comes up
Unfortunately, we can not track this shipment. GdSK is no longer a contractual partner of EMS China Post since 10/2020.

It's delivered by GDSK in Germany. You need to contact them to check how to get it as soon as possible.
