My package EV990996263CN already in Chinapost since 18th Aug. You mentioned 15 days to ship now already 30 days and package still in Guangzhou. What exactly happen to package all stuck in Chinapost? Waiting is not a solution.

EV990996263CN have stuck in China Post since 18/8. There still no moment way too slow.

My parcel have be in Guangzhou since 18th August 2021. System show handled over to airline. Sender have request parcel to be retrieve and send back to sender, however 2 weeks gone and parcel not retrieve.
