Hi there, there is no updates for my parcel EV985897342CN since 3rd of August 2021. I have called Australia Post numerous times and they have advised me to contact sender (EMS). Australia post states that they require EMS to establish a parcel enquiry case with them in order for Australia post to obtain details of the parcel. They require details such as custom forms attached, parcel packaging, labelling informations. Please let me know if you are able to help me.

I have been in touch with Australia Post, who claim there is no Tracking Number. My original No.
AG191175072CN has been excellent throughout the process, and am not sure what my next move should be to recover the Package. I don't remember if I opted for Insurance! Thanks in anticipation.

I’ve ordered a parcel from China using China post, since then it arrived in Australia but now they are unable to locate it reporting its lost. They told me to notify China post about what’s the next step to take since my parcel is considered lost. Tracking number is LX213545510CN
