I am schedule to receive a parcel from China sent with tracking number EV984755921CN. The last update was seen on the 9th July 2021 with no update since. Please can you help me find out what has occurred with the parcel.

Hi Jack Chen,

Airline departs on July 9. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
