Hello,
my package is in transit for over a month. I tried to contact CZ post office but the package never been scanned if it ever arrived to Czech and EMS claims it has arrived and it is not their business anymore, so no-one is going to investigate where the package is.
Could you please advise how to file official claim complaint so someone start investigating where the parcel is?

EMS is slow at present. It hasn't arrived in Czech Republic. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Czech.
