The package EV980179340CN was sent to a apartment address where I no longer live and the office doesnt take packages for former residents so they returned to sender but the tracking shows that its "out for delivery" since July 10 with no update

Hi daisy, thanks for replying, I did see the tracking and that it arrived however I mentioned that the office returned it to sender and I don’t know what happened to the package after

If it's returned back, there should be another tracking number. You'd better contact the sender to ask if he has got it.
