My parcel apparently was shipped 2 weeks ago but in the site it still says it cannot be found. I have no updates on my parcel tracking.

Checked with singpost the item was handed over to China Postal and was able to check previously on the system and suddenly it is gone from he system and indicate cannot be found if this item is being taken by the custom and not going to be returned, i would like a statement from your side so i can proceed to get a refund

i ordered through a korean seller and they gave me this tracking no. RA208699093KR , i asked them how long my parcel will take to be shipped out and they said about 2 weeks, but it's been stuck on "ready for dispatch" for 2 weeks? ive never waited two weeks for a korea package to be shipped out and this is my first time using Korea Post Ems as well.
