Hello EV956155294CN has been stuck at "Handed over to carrier for transportation since 28th January. When can I expect an update. Is it going by air? Is it lost?

Hi Dan,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan.28 and usually takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My package LZ786015936CN has been stuck as “ Shanghai, Arrival at Shanghai International Mail Exchange (via)” since April 13 after being bounced between several regional sorting centres back to back. What does that mean? Where is my parcel now?

My package has been stuck since the 19th of March in SHANGHAI. I want to know who can I contact for shipment updates? Putting in mind that I have contacted my local office post and they told me it's still in SHANGHAI.
