I call the korean customs office but they said it doesn't arrive while the China EMS said it has been arrived to korea on the 25th of November!!
Which one should I believe?
I'm afraid it has been lost at some point.

It's in Seoul now. It should be processed for some days. If there is no update for over a month, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
