In the China EMS it shows that my parcel has arrived to Korea on the 25th but when I call the korean post they said that it hasn't arrived yet

I called the korean customs but they said it hasn't arrived yet...

If you have already called the Korean customs, you should contact the postal service your package was shipped by, to see if they have any updates or information. If that doesn't work, I would recommend asking the seller for a refund.
