Hi, I have a package mailed from China to Canada, but the status has been "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" for a week now. I have been working with the same sender for a long time, and usually I'd receive the package by now, just wondering where it is. Hope it's not lost. Could you please look into this?

It's not lost. It left China on Nov. 10 and takes about 15-25 days to have further update showing it arrives in Canada. Please wait patiently.
