Many thanks for replying to my previous question regarding flight details for this package. I see there has been no further update since 15.3.19 so can I assume it has left China?

This package is not normal. It desn't leave China and it has been returned back to the sender. The sender got it on March 15. You'd better contact the sender to send it again or refund you.
