I want to chceck status of my parcel. I'm a reciver my name is Kamil Szczypta
Delivery adress is Solidarności 5/17 41-600 Świętochłowice Poland.
I Wat to Ask you about status becouse i ricived tracking number EV057979050CN 02.01.2025 and since that day dont see any updates on the website or any tracking website there is only information that you still didnt pickup the parcel.
Sender yesterday told me that you allready collected parcel but is bot scaned yet. Its strange becouse its 7 days after i ricived IT and still nit scaned? This is a express method od shipping do what is going on with IT?
Please let me know how IT looks right now

This package is not normal. It may be lost. You need to require the seller to contact China post directly by calling 11185 to open a case to check it for you and give you a solution in time.
