EUB parcel was sent to the US but destination is Europe

Hello!
Tracking number: LZ721916967CN
The tracking of some orders that were shipped with EUB/ePacket says that the parcels arrived in the United States! Destination is Austria in Europe and this is correctly displayed in tracking! The seller and I have never seen this tracking update.
Why are my parcels in US when they are supposed to be in Austria (Europe)?

Hi ATEurope,

If the address is correct, it should be China EMS's mistake to send it to the United States. You need to contact the seller to let him contact China EMS to reflect the problem and get a solution about this.
