I purchased commodities from China and were posted through your post office on 26/06/2016. But it has been 63days and I no longer receive any updates about the package. I think the package is yours. The destination for the package is KAMPALA, Uganda.
The latest tracking information shows on August 30, the package arrived at KAMPALA and the carrier tried to sent it to you on August 31st. I'm not sure if you have got it. If you don't get it, you'd better contact Uganda Post by calling (256) 414 -255511.

Please give me the address details indicated on the package because I was told it was addressed to another person but not me. Send me the address indicated then I contact the person who received the package.
You should ask the seller what kind of ways he uses to deliver the package? By air or by ship. In general, if they are sent by China Post air mail service, it should be arrived within 20 days. If by ship, 40 – 70 days are needed. I suggest you wait a week more and if you still doesn't recieve it, you should open a case to the seller and ask for your money paid back.
