Error at sorting facility

Hi, I have received a very concerning update in regards to a guitar I purchased off dHgate. It says their has been an error at the sorting facility. My tracking number is EV737287601CN. What does it mean and what do I need to do to rectify it?

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
