Dear Sir or Madam,
Would you please help to check ER399741922SG (from Singapore to Wuhan)? The status is delivered however my parents did not receive it. I think it might be due to contact number is changed to 15072488532. It is 17192788216 that I filled in the EMS form because I was not aware of their contact number change at that time.
Would you please help to check this case?
