You can deliver it from one of the largest China Post offices in China to deliver it. By regular post or EMS are both ok if the items are not in their forbidden list. EMS is much cheaper than China Post packets but fast to reach than it.

I ordered the product weighing 195 gm on Aliexpress by ePacket method but it hasn't reached israel being held by customs in china. Finally it returned to a sender. Now I want a seller to resend me this product but he demands me to pay 10$ for its delivery claiming the full delivery fee is about 30$. How much such delivery can really cost and what could be the problems that it didn't leave the china border?
