Epacket Status remain the same after 20 Days

Hi,
Good afternoon. This is my epacket tracking number, LY452290508CN.
Could you please help me as after 20 days, the status of my parcel is still the same as "handed over to airlines", and why is it still at Shanghai?
I thought usually it will take about 10 days to leave China?
Could there be a problem?
I actually thought epacket will only take 20 days for a parcel to deliver from China to USA?

I understand that Covid - 19 has affected many shipments. My concern is, is my parcel still in Shanghai or already left and in transit to USA?
Why is it that my other parcels sent at the same time already despatch at USA for local deliveries but not this one?

It was handed over to the carrier transport on July 23 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Mexico after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, is item on plane to Canada now? It show 'airline depart' on July 19 and again July 24 2022.

Due to the affect of coronavirus, most of the packages usually take about 40-80 days to be delivered to US. I suggest you wait for more days to get update.
