ePacket is it still service between China to Australia at the moment?

I did order from China and prefer to get shipping via ePacket but supplier use another shipping service to ship.
I did ask them they said ePacket not service to Australia at the moment but I couldn't find any announcement said like that.
So can you please give me accurate information about that?

Hi CyberTon,

ePacket is still service between China to Australia at the moment. But most of them are grealy delayed. So, the seller usually aviod to use this way to send.
