epacket and air mail

hi, whats difference between epacket and china air post ?
because they wrote both one takes 7~10 days(to Japan.)
but including handling fee, epacket wiill be more expensive. whats the difference?
and can just personal one use epacket service in normal China post office?

Epacket service in normal China post office couldn't be used by personal one. It's only available by ebay, Aliexpress, Amazon...sellers online.

The delivery time is the average time not the exact one. To my experience, epacket is faster than China post air service.
