enquiry parcel lost

hi I would to enquire about parcel which I never received it. it's been nearly 3 months. I contacted Australian post many times but they dont have any info about my order. my parcel tracking # is LH803004330CN

It may be delayed or lost on the way if it couldn't be delivered in three months. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there, there is no updates for my parcel EV985897342CN since 3rd of August 2021. I have called Australia Post numerous times and they have advised me to contact sender (EMS). Australia post states that they require EMS to establish a parcel enquiry case with them in order for Australia post to obtain details of the parcel. They require details such as custom forms attached, parcel packaging, labelling informations. Please let me know if you are able to help me.
