Can I please find out if my parcel is lost or still on it's way, I think I've waited more than the required time for the parcel. How and why is it that a parcel can spend 30 - 60 days in the airline. Please feed me some information. RV369957474CN

Hi Sanele,

It may hasn't left China. There is no flight to South Africa which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for more days to see.
