Hi, is it normal that my package hasn't arrived in 40 days? Would you suggest that I'll receive it in the next 20 days? My tracking no. is RV369957474CN please update me.

Hi Sanele,

It's normal. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. It has left China on April 17 and is in transit to South Africa now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
