There are two ways to solve:
1. In China, when the carriers deliver the package, they will call the contact number. So, you can tell the student the number you filled and let her to connect the people who will receive the call when the carrier deliver the package. She could let the people contact her when the carrier make the call.
2. Just track the package in time. When it shows it has been arrived at Sichuan, China and the carrier is delivering the package, contact China Post number 11185 (better let your friends to call) to ask to check the carrier's phone number. Then, she could call the carrier to let him know her right number.
