Are you able to contact EMS/China Post courier department to resolve shipment issues for customers?

I’m upset because of the lack of updates and clear information. It’s been over 10 days with no updates, since last week. I have a feeling that my package is either lost or misplaced. Every tracking number site shows a different time of destination. EMS is not a fast shipping service in my opinion. It’s service remind me of USPS Parcel Select Ground, which is one of the slowest shipping options. Please answer this question: Can customer service get in contact with EMS China Post? Are you able to see why it’s a on going issue with EMS shipping Service stating that shipping will takes 9 to 12 days to its destination but it really takes more like 15-20 days or more get to the US?

It left China on October 22 and en route to the US now. To my experience, EMS usually takes about 10-15 working days to be delivered.
