EMS Parcel had clearance Denied Twice and is now stuck for 10 days.

Hello, my tracking nr is LX644142508CN, my parcel has been denied cleared twice now: Customs clearance denied The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau. It has now been stuck for 10 days in Guangzhou International Center And i believe it is not going to be sent to my country [Portugal]. The problem is I have no idea why it has been denied clearence. The order is a CPU for a Desktop PC, nothing else. Can you guys give me any advice on this? ty.

If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
