What the hell is going on with my shipment?

It's been stuck in Beijing since May 12 with absolutely no updates or anything! This is obviously frustrating, and I would like to know what's going on! Thanks.

See this one EV751528569CN, it also stuck there for over 20 days and then moved. You need to wait for more days to get update.
