EMS package status stuck (airplane left)

Hi, my EMS shipment EB726361646CN status is stuck (airplane left) for 2 weeks.
It took a direct flight to Amsterdam but never got any updates.
PostNL confirmed me the package isn't in the Netherlands. Could you please look into this?

Hi Ramonie,

It's still in China waiting for the flight now. Please wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Netherlands.
