EMS Package "Held at Customs"

A package has arrived for me at the EMS remark says "held at customs" the EMS number is from foreign postal service: EJ226 625 432 AU. Can you tell me where the parcel is being held? And if I need to go there to collect it?

Hi alexander csergo,

It seems that it's held at customs. You need to call China EMS service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.
