EMS Express Parcel cleared and awaiting international departure for 21 DAYS

My tracking number is: EA553805114CN
I was advised this is an express service that would take 7-10 days maximum and it has now been 23 days in transit with no sign of any tracking updates since the date it was posted (17/11/2020).
I paid over $800 AUD for the express postage, and I have over 250 customers that are waiting for their Christmas gifts. This is very difficult to explain to them. Where is my parcel?

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
