Hello.
EMS package EA470564455CN - tracking shows that it is 7 weeks since the airline/carrier has received it - is still in Shanghai?
On a previous enquiry you mentioned that the pandemic has disrupted postal delivery services. I see that some China Post customers have been waiting for over 3 months - is it really just the problem of the pandemic? We regularly use EMS services from other countries, namely the U.S. and Italy which have far more problems and restrictions with coronavirus than China, but their EMS delivery times have not been disrupted...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you for some support on a parcel shipped from China to the UK which was despatched to the UK on 3rd December 2020. I have the following tracking number EV947214445CN. The postage time was supposed to be 2-4 weeks and it is now beyond that date with no further updates showing.

Could you let me know the latest update on where the package is and the expected delivery date please.

It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My package has been in transit for more than 34 days and has been stuck at Despatch from Sorting Center for more than 9 days. Also I’ve. Even using parcelsapp and sometimes when I use the tracking number it says it’s in Illinois but then when I come back to it, it just shows Despatch from Sorting Center. It has not changed since.
