Hello.
According to your tracking, my package EA470564455CN was received by the carrier/airline in Shanghai on 20th. November, and now 5 weeks later it is still there!
Any information on when it may be sent towards its destination?

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It should be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
