EMS delays from Shenzen to USA?

I ordered a bike frame from a distributor in Shenzen many months ago and they are saying that EMS will not pickup from them at this time and only UPS will (this has been going on for 6 months+). Where can I find the status of these issues?

Hi nate,

EMS could ship it. The price is expensive and the delivery time couldn't be guaranteed.
