My tracking number RF184274640CN says that Electronic information has been received and it has been like that since February 21st and till this day I haven't received anything. The seller tells me that the parcel has been sent but I don't know if I should believe him. Has anyone experienced the same?

Tracking number given to me was originally "RK524248484CN" but that does not work. A website instead suggested "03608717102" which seems to correspond to the correct package.
Not entirely sure if that is the correct one though.
