My package EJ276964124AU is in Suzhou with tracking message 'tax to be paid by recipient'. How do I pay the tax ? Can I pay on delivery or need to pay before delivery ? How much is the tax and what is the tax reason ?

Hi Antony,

You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
